Rick installed my son's head unit in record time and at a bargain fixed price. In all my years of car ownership never have I met someone so genuine on claimed knowledge and price. Paid nearly $1,000 for what l was told was a “current model” Kenwood stereo that turned out to be from 2018 , five years old in tech terms and never worked properly. Rick is a liar when l discovered a few weeks later when it wasn’t working properly l checked the warranty booklet and found it was a 2018 model l rang him immediately, he completely denied responsibility and refused to replace it or give me my money back, l then created the review furious at how he had deceived me.
