Paid nearly $1,000 for what l was told was a “current model” Kenwood stereo that turned out to be from 2018 , five years old in tech terms and never worked properly. Rick is a liar when l discovered a few weeks later when it wasn’t working properly l checked the warranty booklet and found it was a 2018 model l rang him immediately, he completely denied responsibility and refused to replace it or give me my money back, l then created the review furious at how he had deceived me. Sold me a kenwood at full retail price with installation cost nearly $1000 fir a basic model that l later realised was six years old . Feel totally ripped off and it’s not working! .
