Unprofessional, had an appointment set, Rick blew me off, rescheduled it and he blew me off again, didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call, then chase told me he would check on an appointment the following Monday, surprisingly he blew me off too(said he forgot) lol Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree here. Money was not an issue here either. At all. What’s the point in having an appointment to get blown off, great service:)
