Our tailgate stopped opening a couple of months back. I finally had a minute to stop by to have someone look. They could've easily taken advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge, as you hear lots of auto shops doing. They did the exact opposite. They took time to assess what ended up being an (embarrassingly) easy fix, and even when quoting me for fixing the dent in our tailgate, were trying to find me the least expensive option. It's so refreshing to know there are still good people giving great customer service out there!... read more
