Edit: Rick's issued us a full refund for our inconvenience. Gave 2 stars for easy rental process and good customer service response time. However, the umbrella delivered was broken. When they came to deliver a new one, the kid tore out the base we had worked so hard to secure and then did not know how to put the new base in. He barely got it in the sand and it fell in a couple hours. Very disappointed.
I cannot say enough great things about Rick’s golf cart rentals/repairs! First off their customer service (and the two ladies that work at the front desk,) are wonderful, professional and get the job done! This is my second time using them for repairs on my Golf Cart and every time they’ve done an amazing job with my request. We loved our 4 seater! Never underestimate these little golf carts. My son kept saying it was a beast. Delivery was perfect! They communicate well and they are very nice. Thank you again for the best rental service. We enjoyed every moment.
They dropped off our golf cart, quickly went over the rules and on pick up day we weren’t gonna be there as we had other plans, they picked it up and we just followed their instructions. Great company. Also got a discount bc we have 2 nurses with us! Great for driving to the beach, back and forth and exceptional for night crab hunting!
Great experience here, Annie was so helpful, all around great customer service!
