misleading business hours. Why put you open at 9am when you don’t. Got to do better business….

This review is to rate for their terrific customer service. There was some miscommunication and a mechanical issue but they resolved both immediately, were patient when we called more than once to change our minds about arrangements, always picked up the phone, and treated us more than fairly on the ending price. It's clear that they strive for a strong customer service reputation.

Edit: Rick's issued us a full refund for our inconvenience. Gave 2 stars for easy rental process and good customer service response time. However, the umbrella delivered was broken. When they came to deliver a new one, the kid tore out the base we had worked so hard to secure and then did not know how to put the new base in. He barely got it in the sand and it fell in a couple hours. Very disappointed.
