I work for Rick CURRENTLY and have worked for him for multiple years. I have never met a man who cares more for his employees. There is a reason he has multiple 2nd and at least 1 3rd generation employees. I work in the corporate office, and I see on a daily basis what the man does for his employees. Rick Lanning is EVIL I used to work here, and it is the worst job I've ever had in my life. The owner, Rick Lanning is a bi-polar hothead and a terrible person and treats his employees like trash. Many great employees have worked there over a year and are still making minimum wage. They fire people for no reason so he can hire teenagers whom he is somehow legally allowed to pay only $6.50/hr for the first 3 months (He's a multimillionaire, by the way) .
