Horrible customer service, I have been coming to this establishment for the past 2 years. I am a pretty easy going customer. I called in priorly and booked an appointment. When I got there. It was empty. I stood like an idiot for 20 minutes yet no one acknowledged me to ask if I have reservations or if I needed any service.. Disappointed by the unprofessionalism and I don't like to complain or put a review like this.. but if they don't respect my time and money.. I can take it somewhere else where they value it more.. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but had to. I went for a walk in, and sit down for 22 minutes waiting for someone to attend me, I decide to leave since I have no idea how much longer the wait would be, no receptionist. One of the workers comes up and informs me that another one of the barbers is almost done and apologizes for no one attending me. After 14 minutes (it’s been 36 minutes) I finally get a barber.
