Have been loyal customer for over five years, but can no longer afford him. He does good work but is really expensive. Always quotes highest possible price. Rick was so amazing to me. I had just bought my roommate's car before coming to LA and about a month after getting here, the (manual) transmission went out. Rick was recommended to me by a friend of a friend who is a car club guy. I took my Saturn into him and he got back to me within 24 hours with a diagnostic and my options. I've been going to Rick for years and won't take my car elsewhere now. Rick believes in good old-fashioned top notch customer service. You'll get an accurate estimate on price and time and super-friendly service. When I was looking for a used car to buy, I took a couple of prospective cars for him to inspect. He was straightforward about what each one would need and I bought the one he thought was best. That was 2 years ago and Rick has maintained it beautifully. I've also seen them work on a few nice vintage cars.
