Beware! Rick Wagner turns out to be the most dishonest person I can recall. I gave him a $3,800deposit the end of Jan25 , on a large job expecting to begin very soon after. He wanted me to pay for the work in total before beginning, I said no, I had given him 50%, standard business practice. He has refused to return my deposit, still. I removed my truck 5 weeks later, same day began a small claims Proceeding, I now have a Writ of Execution from the court, and he still refused. Called Rick’s- Austin came out and had no idea what he was doing. Tried to replace our transfer case when the encoder is the issue and just needed to be synced to the computer. I’d rather pay for the tow to Prescott
