Update: I just got my oil changed in town for the first time since this incident. It was less than half the cost to get my oil changed at a European specialty shop. Just paid $180 and Ricks charged $380. I'm so mad that Ricks RIPPED ME OFF. Guess they figured I had enough money. No integrity. Excellent service and friendly people.
Work was completed properly and service reset was done, so I can't knock that. However, I was surprised by the labor charge: $170 labor on top of $170 for oil and filter for a 2023 Audi S5 oil change. For a shop presenting itself as a neighborhood mechanic, the final price ended up at or above what many dealer service departments charge for the same job.
They are courteous, they are helpful and reasonable priced. Brakes, oil change, filter change...etc. etc.
