First of all, VERY timely. Fixed my issue really fast. Honestly I waver between 4 and 5 stars. The shop rate was higher than I am used to, but I am not sure if my normal shop is abnormally cheap or what. Either way they guaranteed their work and it fixed my issue a lot faster than I thought. Weird address though AAA has the address of the Napa parts store in front and that phone number. Also they are good with returning calls and picking up the phone. A+ for communication.
I had my exhaust break and was told to stop and see if they could help me. I asked and the gentleman at the desk said he would see if one of the guys had time. It didn't take him long and I'm on my way to finish my Christmas shopping. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Reliable, kind staff and they don’t try to fix a bunch of stuff that isn’t broken. I appreciate they treat women kindly and instead trying to talk down to them (which I sometimes have to experienced at other places in the past)
