They are some sketchy people to deal with in my experience, bought a car for someone like me who is on a fixed budget with kids and it hadn't ever been gone through, no heat and it's winter. Hit a deer right outside of stevi. My boyfriend was able to fix the problem with my car by the time they got there so no towing was required. I understand having to still pay them for their time but the $315 bill I received farrrr exceeded the cost of their time. They charged me 75$ for milage 150$ for towing I never received $10 for an extra person when my boyfriend had his own car parked around the corner and I fail to see why that would be something they would charge me for anyways.
