They are rude people
If you ever find yourself broken down on a road trip on a Friday at 3:30 PM, call Rick's!! The lady that works in there is so sweet and helpful. She really helped us when we were in a bind, and got us in and out with a rental car no problem. The prices are great, too. 10/10 for customer service!!
Always been a good rental, until last week. The left rear tire picked up a screw,so in anabottrd attempt to change the, the spare was there, however there was no jack and no lug wrench. A borrowed lug wrench only proved that the lugs were last installed with an impact wrench and to an extreme extent. Too much for a 66 year old with a history of stroke.
