Nice small independent auto maintenance shop. Jason is confident in his trade and the staff is polite. I bought the OEM parts online, and they installed them. The price was better than big brand name shops. A slight wipe down of the exterior before handing back the car would have made this 5 stars. Loaner car offered was helpful.
On December 11, 2024, I visited Ricks Auto Repair to schedule routine maintenance for my 2017 Audi Q7. The services performed included an oil change, filter replacement, coolant flush, and tire rotation. Upon commencing the vehicle after the maintenance, I encountered an error message prompting me to shut off the engine and inspect the coolant level. I never post reviews, but I appreciate this small shop. Jason is a great mechanic and a pleasure to work with. Prices are very fair. Support small, local businesses.
