This company is WONDERFUL!! We had been waiting 7 HOURS on the side of the road and had 3 other tow companies come that didn’t have the equipment to help us with our motorhome. We called Rick’s and he was so helpful!!! SO appreciate Rick’s!!!!! Helped us within the hour!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted a specific price by this towing company, and when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, they had increased the price by 20% with no prior notice or explanation. When I called to discuss the discrepancy, management was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere—this place clearly has no regard for transparency or customer service.

Ensure that your vehicle is undriveable before taking this guy’s word for it. My truck was involved in an accident and taken to this impound yard. I went to go pick it up and saw all 4 tires still holding air and the frame appeared straight. The back window had been busted out during the accident and no plastic had been set to cover the window, so torrential rain got into the vehicle.
