Rick and his team are BEYOND wonderful! Not only were they $200+ cheaper than every salvage yard from Myrtle Beach to Florence, they had the part pulled and ready for us when we arrived. Even more amazing is that we had some issues in getting my lift gate open on my 2010 Escape and they even helped with that AND then even assisted in loading the very huge part into my fussy car.
I was looking for a dash cluster for a 1990 Nissan D21 pickup. Called numerous places to no avail. I call Ricks and they had exactly what I needed. This was a Monday and my part delivered 100 miles away on Tuesday. I found time to put the cluster in on Friday and everything is working fine on the cluster that I purchased from Ricks. The staff was helpful and know how to take care of a customer. I will keep them in mind for any parts I may need in the future.
Absolutely five star worthy! My truck sat in the garage for 3 weeks (we are a one Car family). A friend helped me find Rick’s auto parts. Rick, the owner, called me back to make sure he found the right part and was in good condition. I live in Savannah so, the part had to be shipped (which was affordable) and he did me the kindness of talking to the garage.
