Repairs were fair at best. I was told the repairs would take about 4-5 days, but after calling the shop on the 5th day Bill told me they were jammed up and two guys were out sick and he would try to get me back on the road as soon as he could. I feel that if my car was a BMW or something like that he may have cared more about me as a customer. There are better shops in the area for sure!
Dealing with Rick's Auto Body was extremely pleasant after a very nasty accident. Owner Bill and Estimator Joe and anyone else I spoke to was gentlemanly and competent. Rick's repaired my 2006 Toyota Matrix to factory perfect, my car had sustained $5000.00 frontend damage. Rick's service and attention to details was amazing. Customer service was second to none, the Owner Bill was very helpful and I have no complaints at all with any level of this shop. I recommend this Body Shop to anybody looking for a great shop.
