8 months to fix my car. They dropped something on the hood. I insisted they fix it. They used spray paint over the fix. Worst experience of my life. In response to Bob, I edited this down a year ago so it may look like a new review. In 2019 We brought a 2001 Subaru Outback in. The engine was blown. Rick ordered an engine, took a few months to get it in and someone there did a test drive, right out of the shop driveway the engine blew again. AC service today. Always satisfied with the price and service. Very trusting company!
Needed the front brakes on my 2015 Ford F150 and Bob provided quick service at a reasonable price. A few months before we had the O2 sensors replaced and was very pleased with their customer service which is why we came back to Rick's. I would recommend Rick's Auto.
