We took our suburban here in August 2025 to have the transmission replaced. We paid a premium for this, but they assured us they were very experienced, could get it done quickly, and that we could bring it back if there were any issues and it would all be covered. Well the transmission went out again in October 2025. This time it took them 6 weeks to get it fixed. By far the worst place I’ve ever taken a vehicle too. I originally had taken my truck in for issues of if not starting when it was cold outside. They told me it was the ignition switch so I said ok and paid to have that fixed and it had taken a week to get that done and i drove it for two days then it wouldn’t start again the next day it was cold out.
