Looking for plumbing repair, I visited my neighbor who is having a major leak fixed (problem with original construction). Rick and his crew were doing a really professional and expert job. (I have a couple of friends who are contractors, so I know what nice work looks like.) I got the impression that their estimate is on the high side, but the work is worth it--like putting in sound isolators on the pipes, so the sound of bath water running / dishwasher won't be audible in the walls, or at least much quieter.
