My nephew's car wouldn't start at Buccees. We thought it was the alternator or starter and called Rick. He didn't know us, but he was super nice and over the top helpful. It wasn't either, but Rick figured it out and got it working well enough to get him back on the road and the price was more than fair. HIGHLY recommend!!
