Love taking my Disco 4 to Ricks! They always tell you upfront a ballpark figure for the service, they charge very reasonable rates, do great work, and also tell you what else they found during the service / what needs immediate attention. They speak respectfully to women, and take the time to explain the issues with everyday language and with a caring and respectful manner. I'll now never take my "Queenie" anywhere else!
Rick, Deb and team are amongst the most genuine people I have ever met. When our Discovery Sport developed a leaking water pump following our drive up from Melbourne last week they provided calm, professional advice and managed to carry out the expert repairs in the timeliest fashion so that we could complete the drive home. Thanks again Rick and Deb you really came to our rescue when others were either lacking the expertise required or not prepared to help ❤️
