Great bunch of guys.
Enquired today about a used brush hog mower on consignment and made the trip down to check it out. Was met with some of the nicest salesmen around, happy to show me the mower and demonstrate it so I can verify everything was in good order. Quick and easy sales process, even threw in a toy tractor for my kiddo. I’ll certainly be back in the future for other equipment purchases.
McPartlin is a good salesman, says whatever it takes to make a sale. After that it all falls apart. Delivery with no promised demo, and missing parts. Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! Bought my first Kubota about 1997, L2900. Good choice. Good crew at Rickreall. Went back in 2022 and bought a UTE. IT'S a nice drive and worth it. I think family owned, stay away from the big dealerships. You'll thank me.
Parts department sucks Hispanic guy can't find any parts and parts manager doesn't care about customers sales guy can't figure out the paperwork so you have to redo it to satisfy the state now I have to do the leg work to fix it and the pre delivery was a joke broke down with less than 12 hours on it never again
