Took car to rsc i found the owner very rude he upset my mum wanted a reverse camera installed which was wire in to rear light bring through Aux were sat nav is they have drilled hole in boot and put camera on the outside terrible service they dont listen .
I have bought a car from this garage and I must say the staff were all very pleasant and very helpfull in the beginning. so heres how i see it. i was told car would get a full valet and minor scuffs n scratches would pollish out. picked up the car no valet was done. took the car back as rear wash was not working and they repaired it with no trouble at all. proberly because it cost them nothing . at this point i said have you surenderd my log book as i need the tax back as it was taxed july to oct. they askedif they could kee... read more
