I placed an order from Performance Results Plus for a bedload sediment sampler from this company in June and it is now September and I have not received the equipment. They processed my payment, but I have not received any status updates about the order or an estimated shipping date. I have tried calling this company several times with no answer. I placed an order for two snow tubes and they processed the payment without delivering anything. Mike G***** has been stringing me along for months. Do not trust this company!!

Similar to other reviewers, I have given money to Rickly Hydrogical only to not have my order fulfilled. In my case, I made an order in January 2019 and while they were glad to process my payment, have not provided ANY of the ordered parts. It has now been 14 months and they have not delivered anything I ordered, nor have they refunded the money, despite me requesting they do so on multiple occasions. Whatever you do, DO NOT trust this company. Take your business elsewhere.

I have placed 2 separate orders, one in February 2019 and one in March 2019. Neither order has been fulfilled. Multiple phone calls requesting information about the status of either order has been answered with "4 to 6 weeks". This is beyond ridiculous.
