Ricki has been incredible! We were shopping for houses from another state and Ricki was accommodating beyond what should be expected, making herself available on short notice and giving 100% even though we told her we weren’t in a hurry to buy a home. She made the process crystal clear and even served as a counselor when the stress was heavy 🥴. When we couldn’t be there for closing, she stepped in and took care of things that should have been our responsibility. Can’t thank you enough!
