If I could give Ricki the amount of stars in the universe, I would. She went above and beyond my expectations, making sure that I was 100000% confident in my decision for a home. Ricki made herself available (within reason of course) any time I had a question or a concern throughout my whole home building process. Not only did she ensure that I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, but she made sure I asked questions I didn’t even know I had. I couldn’t recommend a realtor more. 🥹

Ricki went above and beyond the scope of professionalism, her knowledge was amazing and communication was the best I have ever seen. She made sure she had our best interest in mind while negotiating the purchase of our new home. her ability to negotiate got us the best deal and we were so thankful we had her as our realtor. She was organized, professional and met all deadlines, her negotiating strategies were amazing. If we ever decide to see or buy another home Ricki will definitely be the one I call.

Ricki is my right hand woman. She has assisted me on the sale of my home when I was out of the country. She goes beyond what any real estate agent will do to assist. Not only that, she is always readily available. In the past, it would take hours for real estate agents to respond back, but Ricki is surely one of a kind. I can't share enough good things about Ricki. She's smart, capable, funny and knows how to get a deal done! She helped us through the process of purchasing a new home and made the entire thing feel seamless. Not only is she an expert in the Phoenix area, she quickly understood what we were looking for to narrow down the options.
