After trying to hire 2 other companies that didnt show or...these guys were great! My call started off professional and they were able to get me in the next morning. The guys were great! Answered questions and i asked to be put on a reminder list, one more thing i dont have to remember. He even said that we could wait 5 years instead of the recommended 3, after review of our situation, i loved because it was about me and not them and money. Quick to come out and great service, second time using them!!!
I contacted Rickey's to get my septic tank pumped. (Later I found out that Rickey was bought by Matthews Sanitation in Virgilina.) The appointment was easy to set up. I told the lady who answered the phone that I did not know the location of the septic tank and was told that they could likely locate it very quickly. She also stated that they had a electronic device that could locate the tank if they were not able to do so with a simple ground probe.
