Dr. Herrmann is compassionate, he LISTENS and offers sound advice and direction. We have always received the best of care at Gates Family Medicine. The staff are always professional yet pleasant and very helpful. I am so grateful to this very competent practice for their care to myself and my family and would strongly recommend them.

Always have an appointment available when needed. Never have to wait once at the office always prompt and kind. Once had a tumor and Dr. Herrmann ordered all the test needed so there was no delay with ENT and surgery. Thank you!

The place is run very efficiently and you never really have to wait in the waiting room or in the exam rooms. Dr. Hermann is always polite and professional and he’s never judgemental. This is my favorite doctors office I’ve ever had.

If zero stars was an option that’s what this place would get. My husband has been a patient at this office for many years. Throughout those years he has complained about the rude office staff & said his doctor was the only reason he continued being a patient. Just recently he confirmed his appointment 2 days before with the staff. On the day of his appointment our daughter, who is 19 months old, was very sick. I was working & he made the decision that it would be best for her if he rescheduled.

Dr. Ricky Herrmann is the best. He's a great listener and he was always available to help me when I was pretty sick a few years back. The practice is efficiently run so that you aren't waiting forever (like many places). My entire family goes here and we all love him.
