Super disappointed in how this office is run. When I scheduled my appointment they asked what insurance I had and confirmed they were in network. Today I came for the appointment and have stacks of paperwork to fill out. Nothing is done in advance electronically. So I spent almost 30 minutes working on that. After I turn it in they asked for hundreds of dollars for today's appointment. I was only scheduled for a check up. No blood draw or labs. I asked what it was for and they had no explanation. Since I’ve been back with Dr Hamby and George they have been extremely supportive and helpful I highly recommend
I love dr hamby. He has been my doctor for about 3 years now with the exception of when I moved to big Spring but when I moved back to Midland it was a no brainer who I would choose as my pcp
The Doctors here are great, my issues are with follow-through. They answer about 1 call in 50, never return calls or voicemails, mess up prescriptions a very large percentage of the time, very very difficult to get issues resolved here without driving all the way out in person again.
