Not a whole lot of new info to add here, but I called them for two clogged sinks and they were able to send someone out about an hour later. My two bathrooms are back to back so the drains come together, so the guy had to work a little harder to thread the equipment through, but he kept at it until everything was clear and also cleaned up everything after he was done. I called based on all of the reviews and was not disappointed. They gave me an appointment the next day, did not try to sell me on any add services I didn't need and so far all is good.

The plumber was very responsive to my call. He called me back within 20 minutes, and was at my apartment later that evening. He took care of my badly clogged shower drain for half the price of roto rooter.
