I broke down and needed repair. This company says it's 24 hour service and nobody answered the phone and you couldn't leave a voice-mail to even get help. 24 hour service is just that not the days you feel it should be.
My truck broke down in Beaverdam Ohio, and i had a great experience with Ricker's 24 hour service. The service is very quick as the person came within an hour. He also diagnosed my truck properly and told me that i had a problem in my ECM. He did not misguide me and told me to go to a dealer. The person was very honest and did not waste my time or money. I will most definitely recommend the service to all my co workers as it is absolutely terrific.
Chris knows what he's doing and does what he says. Great service.
