Office staff won't return phone calls and when asked why after a week I had no call back, they said sorry, I've been very busy. While I understand about being busy, not calling back someone who is extremely sick is unacceptable.
Amazing compassionate doctor. I unfortunately had a loss during my pregnancy, but was honestly blessed and extremely grateful for doctor Rickerhauser. She came by while I was at hospital called to check on me and was very sympathetic during that time for me. If it wouldn't have been her I know I wouldn't have been able to take this as well as I am. During pregnancy she was very concerned and did everything she could. I would recommend her 100%
