She does not respond or get back to you. You have to call her repeatedly for a response. I gave her my taxes 2 months before they were due but she filed them the day they were due, which gave us no time to pay. So she put an extension on them with no follow up. She didn’t send us our paperwork till the middle of September and she didn’t file or property taxes!

After being lied to several times by Pam Ricker about the filing status of some of our taxes our firm released her. We have now spent thousands of dollars getting our tax filings corrected. We also had to pay thousands of dollars in back taxes as she was not filing the correct amounts and although she would give me forms showing she had filed, she was filing months late each quarter. I later learned she had her CPA license taken away a few years ago.
