The service department is really nice but the parts department good luck. They not only don't pay attention to when you're standing right in front of them. The MANAGER himself is the problem of the whole thing! Luke Sorensen is one of the most if not the rudest person I've ever worked with. He is the reason this review is as low as it is. Other than that, it was Pleasant but I hope parts gets better.

I bought a 2021 Q50 from Rickenbagh Infiniti new. I purchased the oil change package and have now run out of the pre-paid oil services. I was in the process of changing the oil myself when the oil pan plug and its housing came completely out of the oil pan. I did call their service department to ask how they were changing the oil on this car? Had they just been removing the oil filter and not removing the oil pan plug? How were they getting the plug out when it had been so torqued on that it now came out including the housin... read more
