I had a basketball hoop fall on my car and damage part of the door frame and my side mirror. I got multiple quotes and this was half the price of the others. That being said, the work is great. My car looks better now then before the accident because they took the extra time to deep clean both the interior and the exterior. The staff is all very nice and kept me up to date throughout the process. 10/10 recommend them to anyone I know. Very pleased and grateful.
Front desk person very polite. Repair work beyond reproach. And…My car hasn’t been this clean since the day I purchased my vehicle. Communication was a concern, however: was good before they got my car—but once they had it—was just nil except for brief text Tuesday saying my car was in paint dept.—then crickets. On Friday morning (when I had to email THEM) they replied I could pick up my car by end of day and would call me later when car was in “clean up”... They never called. They did not msg. Front desk very polite and professional. Darrell performed my estimate . He was very polite and courteous. Good interactions with his colleagues in the office. Came in for a collision estimate on my Volvo.
Whatever you do, please do not bring your vehicle here to get repaired. The customer service is good but the work the shop does is unacceptable. They didn’t care previously, they don’t care now and won’t care in the future about doing a good job. Just save yourself and go somewhere else.
I've been stranded for a month after hitting an antelope! Been miserable all month until I saw my Toyota Tacoma at Rickenbaugh! I'm extremely happy!!! Hats off to Daryl!
