Front desk very polite and professional. Darrell performed my estimate . He was very polite and courteous. Good interactions with his colleagues in the office. Came in for a collision estimate on my Volvo.
Whatever you do, please do not bring your vehicle here to get repaired. The customer service is good but the work the shop does is unacceptable. They didn’t care previously, they don’t care now and won’t care in the future about doing a good job. Just save yourself and go somewhere else.
I've been stranded for a month after hitting an antelope! Been miserable all month until I saw my Toyota Tacoma at Rickenbaugh! I'm extremely happy!!! Hats off to Daryl!
