Abdel. What a guy. Calls multiples times a day when he wants to make a sale. After we finalise and have the payment sent through, he moves on to his next deal as if we're worthless. I suggest you go find a better agent.

Dealt with Abdul for 6 years. Was always very helpful, supportive, honest and professional. A big thank you and a well deserved 5 stars for Rickdale real-estate.
Abdel was managing our property in Moonee ponds for nearly 2 years. The experience has been very ordinary. He does not follow the rules as per the gov guidelines. His lack of knowledge and expertise has cost us money. Would not recommend any property owners to tie up with this agency absolutely hopeless !!
