Eric, essentially remodeled our entire home. New windows, siding, roof, finished basement, deck, etc. He was meticulous, his workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. He was timely and efficient and provided many recommendations that we hadn't thought of and he brought the entire project in close to budget. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and have since recommended him to many of our neighbors.

I worked with Eric at Rickard Construction on a major renovation at my home after extensive damage from a burst water pipe; multiple floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. I reached out to Eric based on a recommendation from a neighbor; he was responsive, communicative throughout and the end result is stunning.
