Rick started an addiction back in August 2025, after $7450 later all I have is a hollow foundation that failed inspection 3 times, it needed 4 vents from each corner 3 feet that he didn’t do and the center blocks are not filled with concrete, which prevented the vents insulation until the blocks can be filled. This review is not on the quality of Rick's work, but a review on the way he does business. He gave me a quote on pressure washing and resurfacing my porch back in June. Upon the completion of pressure washing only, he told me the quote he gave me was too low. That should have been brought up/discussed before starting the job. He then said he would be back to resurface when the porch dried. He has not been back or even contacted me to come finish the job. Rick and his crew did a great job pressure washing my house. When they were finished the vinyl siding looked like new. I highly recommend Rick. The guys cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and worked efficiently and really cared about their work. Great job guys!
Rick fixed a leak around my picture window including wrapping, flashing, siding and replacing rotted siding. A real pleasure to work with great skills, all the tools, prompt and attentive to detail. Hope to have him back. Great work!
