Went in today to my local StateFarm office in Solvang. My current car insurance coverage with another agency was way too expensive. Got a quote from Yajaira Villegas. She was very professional and friendly and helped me understand my new policy. She saved me almost $500 dollars! Im a very happy customer.

Rick's State Farm office has always been great for the 2+ decades that I've been using them. Fortunately, I haven't had many claims or accidents, but their customer service has always been top notch. Immediate replies to my emails, a birthday card every year. They definitely respect and value their clients' business and in a state with rising premiums, State Farm stands out above the rest with their excellent customer service and coverage.
state farm: thanks for reinstating asking for my mileage rather than using the average mileage of those with my model of car . . . way more fair for me.
