I sell and install Boogey Lights on RV's. I do limited residential appliance repairs in RV''s such as refrigerators. Washers and dryers. I also provide training for 1st time owners, to help them enjoy and understand how to use RV systems. I also offer pre-sale RV Inspections.

10 is what I would give Rick if the rating went that high. I called Bitty RV repair because my aqua hot system went out and Rick was on his way to Florida from Michigan, they charged me 284.00 for service call and diagnosis and then sent me an estimate a week later for 2236.77 for new parts and labor, Rick arrived in Florida a few days later, came out diagnosed the problem as a bad nozzle and a faulty breaker and charged me 300.00 and it works like new. This guy is great!!! Thanks again Rick
Rick is an authorized Boogey Lights dealer who did an extensive install on my brand new motorhome. He is a genius with Boogey Lights and RVs in general. The install was super clean, creative, and filled with attention to detail. The lights are simply awesome, too. The install is much more complicated than you may realize. Master toilet went out in our 2022 Corberstone and then midship toilet went out. We were dead in the water. I called Entegra and they said they could get to us in 6 weeks. I called Rick the Roving Tech and he fixed both issues in less that 24 hours, parts and all. I’m very disappointed with Jaco/Entegra lack of responsiveness. Obviously Jayco employees have never been stuck on the road. Hah! Cusps to Rick for getting us up and running so quickly!
