The employees wouldn't know what a level was if you showed it to them. The work tends to be bad makeup applied to look pretty than actual craftsmanship. A few employees have some grandiose ideas about their ability and very bad attitudes. In today's world much of this problem can be acceptably excused due to drugs and alcohol.
