Save yourself the headache and stay away!!! I was matched with them through my legal service I subscribe to. They don't return calls, lack effective communication, are very disorganized, and are clearly just looking for a check. They originally sent me consult paperwork for a custody case which was NOT the area of law I told their admin of I was seeking a consult on. Extremely confused about the rave reviews… I got referred here for one of the consulting sessions. The staff was nice but the lawyer was very demeaning. I might not be familiar with law practices but the lawyer spoke like he had barely any patience to explain things. Also, he was 15min late to a 30min session?? And was supposed to call me back but never did after hanging up abruptly.
Had court this morning with Eric Steckerl. I was really nervous but he was very calming and handled my case really well. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do, he is the one!!
