Rick and Eric are amazing. Very responsive and always on top of any issue that may come up. Rymes propane ran us out of fuel. Rick told me within 1 hour of the furnace going down. After refill Eric went back to reset furnace. All worked great and avoided frozen pipes.
The Sorgers replaced our oil-fired heating system equipment, replaced two ducted AC units and air handlers with heat pumps, replaced/repaired some ductwork, and installed two energy recovery ventilators. Snow was cleared to give them access, and some of the work was done in tight spaces. The new systems are amazing. The heat pump systems provide uniformly comfortable heating and cooling.
