Cancelled my insurance after 2 months without notifying me. Tried telling me it was because I didn't set up auto renewal, when I did on the first day. I have Statefarm for another vehicle with a different agent and had zero problems. This guy probably messed up paperwork on his end, and would not own up to it. I found insurance for this car with Geico for half the cost. Statefarm not only tried to overcharge me, but this agent couldn't even get the paperwork right, or notify me of cancellation. Rick is incredibly unprofessional. I am a first time insurance carrier for auto insurance, and so I have a lot of questions to make sure I am doing everything correctly. He is constantly ignoring my questions, so after asking again, he gives one word answers that typically make no sense. He has shoved me off more times than once and I am always having to get his attention. After having a family member talk to him, I was told he called me "noisy".
