I've bought homes all over and done full custom; Rick sold me a spec home in Heath and let us pick quite a few things. His wife Kristi has good taste and we let her make a lot of the decisions. After sale service has been good--just a few niggles here and there that were promptly fixed; our 11 month paint touch-up will be in November but I'm sure it will be fine. Overall great experience and I would use him again.
Absolute disaster. We were a young couple naive to the building process and went with Rick based on reputation. What a mistake. We should have known from early mistakes. He asked us for the same HOA documents 3 times and then would ask us questions that were in the HOA documents showing that he clearly hadn't read them.
