Our car was towed to Rick Salyer Body Shop and Service. We called a few times to check in to see if they had an estimate. Each time we were told that they had not gotten to it. They had a transmission job they were working on and said they would look at it as soon as they finished that job. We completely understood and said that we would wait to hear from them.
