place was dirty and just very low class all the way around

Would not go back. Not slow service. No service. After 1/2 hour a new waitress was sent to tell us they no longer allowed pets on the bottom deck. Could have said so instead of making us wait until they got up enough nerve to let us know. I guess now we know why no one would wait on us.
Good food, good service, great ambiance and river access too! Definitely a " do that again " �����

It's a nice place but they should have someone seating people instead of an every man for himself situation. They could also have more servers on on weekends and make sure they don't run out of things like fried oysters. If you're still offering them every other way what's so hard about dropping some in the batter.
I've enjoyed Rick's from the beginning...� Great Place.
