I was referred to Ricks Garage by a friend who had great a great experience there. They were very honest and saved her a bunch of money. So when my car started over heating, I knew exactly who to call! Great service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!
What once was our favorite shop has now become people I warn about. The quality of work and customer service has fallen to the way side here. I had them install new headlamps on my car and In doing so they fried my tail lights. I took my car to a different shop where they confirmed it was from the shawty work they did on the headlamp assembly. Took my vehicle to this company and was told it would be done the same day.. unfortunately they lied and took 2 weeks missing work and still didn't have my car back! Finally got it back and just found out they didn’t replace the part and paid $700 just for them to waste my time. Definitely don’t recommend them! Also they refuse to give me a copy of the receipt for the parts that they “ apparently” replaced!
A friend recommended Rick. They came and diagnosed my problem. Made the repairs. Local Chrysler Dealer couldn’t get vehicle in to repair for three weeks. Highly recommend this place. 👍
