Food and drinks are top notch. Service is great. Very nice spot for a date night or anniversary
Rick's is one of my go to restaurants for everything. Whether meeting a client, lunch or dinner date with my husband or hosting a lunch for our real estate team, we are never disappointed. Favs are: Chophouse Salad, Elk Steak, Cheesecake and a Lemondrop Martini
Unfortunately, it was a disappointing Birthday celebration last Sunday. When I made reservations a week prior they told us we had to make reservations in the front but could get a table in the back bar dining if available on day of arrival. No reservations in back. The receptionist said great, we will celebrate your birthday next weekend. We found a table and couch in the back with couches and silverware on the table. My fiancé won a giftcard to this restaurant so we made our way up to Mckinney to check it out and to celebrate our birthdays and recent engagement. This place did NOT disappoint! Definitely recommend getting a reservation. We enjoyed the atmosphere and historic vibes that Rick's offered. There is first come, first served street parking since it sits in the square of downtown Mckinney, but there is a free public parking lot very close by that we took advantage of.
