I've seen Dr Robbins for the last few years. He's always been really helpful.He has told me to call in if I needed anything to save me a trip as I live 75 miles away from the clinic. Now his staff that answers the phone when you call I believe her name is Sheila She is very rude. She refuses to talk to the doctor about anything she talks to the nurse the nurse gave the same answer I've been to the emergency room twice in the last week for an ear infection. I give 3 stars based on other people's opinions. Your office employee needs to be taught to respect others as I respected her. I've been treated so badly so why do y'all discriminate against an individual that has had back surgery. I don't want not do I need pills my reasons we're to follow me I am in advanced Stage congestive heart failure my cardiologist is in OK City and NY primary care physician moved .at least have a class when telling possible future patient it was so uncalled for.
I have been under Dr. Robbins care for many years and I would be the first to tell you he is the best!! Thank you Dr.Robbins for all you have done for my family
