Rick Ramos was presenting himself as someone who helps people. Based on my personal experience, that is not accurate. When he represented me, He left me alone at court in front of the judge , did not provide the services he was paid for, and never returned my money. My parents retained this attorney for our car accident. Worst decision ever. It’s been more than a year. The paralegal is a joke. And the receptionist doesn’t know anything about anything. You can’t get an appointment to see the attorney. You can’t get the attorney on the phone. They stopped our therapy in December last year after only two weeks.
